Coppell volleyball coach and girls athletic coordinator Libby Pacheco was named chief operating officer of the Texas High School Coaches Association and Coaches Education Foundation. Pacheco’s last day in Coppell ISD will be Dec. 17. before assuming her new position on Jan. 1.
