On Aug. 3, Andrew Morton will be sharing his newest creation with the world, titled Angelina: An Unauthorized Biography about the life of Angelina Jolie.

The extremely controversial novel is classifed by Morton as “unauthorized” because Jolie did not give approval for the novel. Morton, a known celebrity “tell-all” writer, has also written an unauthorized biography about Madonna, Tom Cruise and Monica Lewinsky. Morton is also most known for his biography about Princess Diana titled Diana: Her True Story.

Morton’s works have created quite a controversy in the past, especially with his biographies on Princess Diana and Tom Cruise. The reputation of the novel on Princess Diana was later saved when Diana was revealed as the main source of his novel. The same hasn’t been revealed about the rest of his works, since legal threats were brought against Morton for suggesting in his novel that Cruise used his fame to promote the Church of Scientology.

Since Jolie’s approval was not given regarding the novel, this unauthorized biography is sure to cause quite a commotion come Aug. 3, especially since many scandalous details have already been revealed regarding his writings about Jolie.
