I’m trying to find the logic behind angering your biggest asset— besides their action/comedy “Chuck”, of course— in order to save a poorly rated show with an overrated host. Needless to say, I can’t come up with anything.
NBC messed up. Big time.
Okay, okay, I get it. This has been talked about so much lately that everything just seems repetitive now, but hear me out.
I don’t truly blame Jay Leno for the injustices done upon Conan O’Brien this month. I just don’t really believe it when he says he feels bad about it. If he did care, he would’ve just retired instead of boarding a sinking ship.
Whoever decided to save Leno at the cost of Conan made a big mistake. Conan’s followers are younger and will follow him wherever he goes. It is not so much about the injustice as it is the sheer stupidity.
Good luck with Leno, NBC. Conan has bigger and better thing s in his future.
