Summer festivities shall promptly begin this year with the kick off of the Meltdown music festival. If you’re into music, live performances, and the opportunity to see some of the most established artists in the electronic dance scene such as, Pretty Lights, Dallas K, Flux Pavilion, Passion Pit, and Feed Me, then this is the event for you.
Meltdown Dallas 2012 will showcase not only electronic dance artists, but also performances by various bands such as Shiny Toy Guys. Presented by Prototype Industries, Full Access and Disco Donnie, Meltdown will be held at Dallas’ very own QuikTrip Park. The actual concert is to be scheduled for Saturday, June 2nd. The concert is also for ages 17 and above and will go on for a whopping 12 hours, from 3 p.m. to 3 a.m..
