This weekend, the Fame musical theater class at Coppell High School will be taking the stage for their very own show, “One… Singular Sensation: A Taste of Broadway”.
Directors Lisa Tabor and Albert Torres have worked hard with the assistance of choreographer Whitney Hennen to make sure that “One Singular Sensation” will be an unforgettable show. Students Michelle Bizzell, Kayla Boyer, Katie Condon, Saige Holst, Aimee Hyndman, Sierra Laybourn, Emily McIntyre, Diana Nyakundi, Mallory Osigian, Megan Rich, Suzanne Roberts, Alex Smith and Kayleigh Smith will sing and dance their way through a musical extravaganza that pays tribute to some of the most well known Broadway musicals of all time. Numbers will include pieces from The Producers, Cats, 42nd Street, Grease, Wicked, A Chorus Line, Les Miserable, Phantom of the Opera and various others.
Two showings of this event will be held in the auditorium this weekend. One on Friday, April 27 and the other on Saturday, April 28. Both performances will begin promptly at 7:30 pm with ticket sales beginning at 6:30 pm before each show. Tickets will cost $5, but the show will be priceless.
