This Friday, the new movie Black Swan is set to hit theatres all over the U.S. The movies combines a story of a ballerina with the dark undertones of a psychological thriller in order to create what is sure to be an interesting thriller.
Black Swan stars Natalie Portman as Nina, the mentally unstable aspiring ballerina who is competing for an important role in the production of Swan Lake. The dancer chosen for the role has to have all of the qualities of the Black Swan, who represents the darker parts of the human psyche, and the White Swan, who represents innocence.
