Mercedes-Benz New York fashion week kicked off September 9. The first day of festivities included a runway show by Project Runway’s season 4 winner, Christian Siriano and also the final runway show for designers on the 8 season of Project Runway.
The event goes on until September 16 and takes place at the Lincoln Center’s Damrosch Park. Throughout the week, notable designers such as Tommy Hilfiger, Adam Lippes, Vivienne Tam and Max Azira as well as many others will showcase their latest collections. Attendance to the event is by invitation only and consists of fashion magazine editors, fashion magazine journalists, models and celebrities.
