Despite rain, community enjoys annual St. Ann’s carnival

From Sept. 7-9, the St. Ann Catholic Parish hosted its annual carnival right outside of the church on Samuel Blvd. Since 1993, families flock to the carnival every year to enjoy themselves on rides and eat a variety of food.
