While browsing through Google news, I happened across a headline for an article proclaiming that Muse was once again going to be providing a song for the soundtrack of the Twilight Saga.

I was angry enough when they were on the first two, but this is really pushing it for me. Is Stephenie Meyer just out to ruin my life? She’s bringing in “fans” of Muse that only know the band for the one song on the soundtrack. When my sister and I went to one of their concerts over spring break, there were moms in line with us talking about how awesome it was that Muse was on the soundtrack for New Moon and how those were the best songs of theirs.

If there is one thing that makes me angrier than anything is when some stupid person brings fake fans in for a group. Muse definitely deserve the attention, but I just wish that they could go a different way about getting it.  

At least fans of the group would be getting a new song out of it.
