I recenetly was flipping through the channels looking for something good to watch when Be Good Johnny Weir caught my eye.

For those of you who have been living under a rock, Johnny Weir the colorful mens figure skater known for his out spoken interviews and odd ball personality.

The show is documentary styled and airs on the Sundance Channel Sunday nights at 9:30. It follows Weir on his journey to becoming a better skater ultimately leading him to the Vancouver Olympics.

The show give an inside look into Weirs life. The show features his hilarious relationship with is best friend and mother as they support Weir through his most difficult times.

Since the show is airing after the Olympics, it also gives you perspective on the competition between gold medal winner Evan Lysacek and Wier.

If you are looking for something that will keep you hooked and provide a few laughs with a lot of inspiration, the Be Good Johnny Weir is a show you should be watching.
