The earthquake in Haiti shocked the world causing people from all over to join the relief. Actor George Clooney is hosting a telethon to help with the relief effort.
“Hope for Haiti Now: A Global Benefit for Earthquake Relief” will air tonight, Friday January 22nd on ABC, CBS, NBC, MTV and many others. The program will be from 8 pm – 10pm.
Clooney will host the Los Angeles portion of the show which will include preformances by Alicia Keys, Dave Mathews, Taylor Swift, John Legend, Stevie wonder and many more.
Haitian Native jean Wycliff will host the New York portion with Bruce Springstien, Jennifer Hudson, and many others.
There will also be preformances from Rihana, Beyonce, Cold Play, and more from London.
CNN’s Anderson Cooper will report from Haiti. Music from the broadcast will be on sale on iTunes including a telecast.
