With a month of over 60 artists performing at The Roundhouse art centre in London, England, this year’s iTunes Festival is slowly coming to and end, with only 10 more days of concerts and free music.
The iTunes Festival has been an annual event since 2007, having Amy Whinehouse and Adele performing that year.
Every music genre and era has performed at this festival. As far back as Paul Simon, to as recent as One Direction (who just happen to be performing at the festival tomorrow.)
Since it’s a bit hard to snag tickets to the shows all the way across the pond from here, the performances are available to watch live on iTunes and with the iTunes Festival app. They are available for view after the show for a limited time.
“I get to see performances of all my favorite artists online and on my iTouch. It’s like getting a front row seat to the concert(s) you want to go to so badly without actually being there,” sophomore Christianna Haas said.
Starting with Usher, closing with Muse, and the Killers and Norah Jones in between, you should definitely check it out over the next 10 days.
