Why “Flash Forward” is the next big show to hit homes

It is the show that has people’s attention everywhere right now. It has sparked rave and attention, some being good and some being bad. The show is called “Flash Forward”.

The whole plot of the show is that everyone in the world blacks out for two minutes and 17 seconds. People are shaken up, injured really badly, or even worse are brutally killed. Now some of the questions surrounding the show are pretty simple, but could take awhile to answer completely.

How did the blackout happen? Who caused it to happen? WHY did the blackout happen in the first place?

The show follows different characters but all mostly revolve around one CIA agent and his name is Mark Benford (Joseph Fiennes). And just like everyone else, he was involved in the blackout as well.

But here is the real show stopper. Here is what makes everyone scream and jump back in fear and disbelief. During the blackout, people saw six months into their own future.

Some saw things that made them happy, like for example one man saw that he was way more confident and outgoing than he was at the moment. Some saw things they did not want to see, like Benford’s wife Olivia (Sonya Walger) saw the end of her marriage to the agent.

The show keeps you on the edge of your seat almost every time you watch it. Questions are coming up and answers are starting to trickle in. But of course when more answers come in, so do more questions.

And that is where this ties into the hit ABC show “Lost”. It always produces more questions with each episode that rolls in, causing the viewers to keep guessing.

My overall synopsis is that it could turn out to be an amazing show, if it starts to pick up a little more quickly.
