Barbara Walters will announces her top ten most fascinating people on Dec. 9 on ABC, but she let a few names slip that will be topping this all star list. Names include Justin Bieber, who sky rocketed to fame this year and has a movie coming out and Kate Middleton, the soon to be princess. Other well known people are Sarah Palin, who was on the list last year, Jennifer Lopez, Sandra Bullock, LeBron James, Betty White and the cast of “Jersey Shore”.
