In a playoff bout, the Coppell Cowboys dominated the opposing Midlothian Panthers with a final match score of 10-0.
The Cowboys started strong with some swift victories on the girls side in doubles, however boys doubles teams struggled against the impressive Midlothian team. However, the boys were able to come back and win in third set tiebreakers.
“Our boys had plenty opportunities to give up, but they fought back, didn’t give up, and came back to dominate in the third set.” Coach Foster said.
With the win on Tuesday, Coppell moves on to the Area Semi-Finals on Friday where they will play against a to be determined opponent at the Richland Tennis Center in North Richland Hills.
