Leila Holmes-Yllescas is sophomore and first year staff member of The Sidekick. She joined The Sidekick to explore journalism and learn more about what being a journalist is like. Outside of the newsroom you can catch her dancing in the choir room with Vivace! or on the sidelines with the sports medicine team. Her favorite pastimes include reading and binge watching her favorite tv shows: “New Girl,” “The 100” and “New Girl.”
