1. US – Apple releases its greatly-awaited “iPad” to consumers. I always think of a really technologically advanced feminine product when I hear “iPad”, however, that is defiantly not the case for this so-called “best travel gadget of 2010”. The product is complete with Web browsing, e-mail, photos, music, movies, games, word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, e-books, according to Time.

2. Asia – Two deadly suicide bombings hit Russia on March 30. In the hustle and bustle of Moscow, at subway rushhour, the bombs went off. Two females are said to be in connection. At least 14 people were killed in Park Kultury metro station alone, and the total death toll has reached 38 as of present.
