This Saturday, Jan. 30, Lakeside Elementary will host their annual fundraiser, the Lakeside Carnival. The carnival will take place from three to seven p.m.
Each year, with tremendous help from the Lakeside parents and students, the Lakeside Carnival takes place at the end of January or the beginning of February.
The carnival features such attractions as bounce houses, kiddie games, sweets and treats, blow up games, casts that you can put on your arm, cakewalks, karaoke, Mooyah burgers and a silent auction.
The profits go to activities, events and other needs at Lakeside.
The entry fee for the Lakeside Carnival is $15. The entry fee includes a punch pass that can be used to play games. Food must be purchased with paper money.
