Throughout my time on The Sidekick, I have seen some amazing improvements to our print and online publications. I have seen individual staff members overcome seemingly insurmountable obstacles to become the successful journalists they are today. It is these people who will carry the torch after this year’s senior editors leave D115 for the final time.
To our readers, I hope you are looking forward to next year’s product because it is sure to set a brand new standard for high school newspapers throughout the country. The 2013-14 Sidekick staff and its editors are more than equipped to bring the paper to brand new heights.
I look forward to seeing the success to come, and I hope you will continue to rely on The Sidekick and Coppell Student Media for your local news.
