In order to participate in all Coppell Independent School District athletics programs, students must have an annual athletics physical, medical history, illegal steroid use agreement form and a notarized emergency medical form.
On May 4 and 11, the Coppell High School Sports Medicine Program will be offering athletics physicals for $20. Be sure to bring all required paperwork with you.
If you wish to be involved in athletics next year and you have not had your physical yet, then take advantage of this opportunity.
