Recently, Keep Coppell Beautiful was honored at the 600th anniversary Keep America Beautiful National Conference.  Keep Coppell Beautiful received the Distinguished Service Citation award in its category and was honored for its incredible community clean up programs that have made Coppell the beautiful community it is.

The conference; which took place in Washington D.C., honored many incredible community clean-up programs, shared new cleaning practices and celebrated the successes in cleaning up our nation this past year.  Matt McKenna, the president and CEO of Keep America Beautiful, awarded Coppell’s affiliated program, saying that it served as an inspiration to the nation’s efforts to clean-up America.

Keep Coppell Beautiful; which you can learn more about on the city’s website, has many programs that focus on cleaning up Coppell and keeping our community beautiful.  Some of these programs include EcoCoppell Earth fest and Adopt-A-Location.  The organization is affiliated with the national organization of a similar name, Keep America Program; which offers programs that focus on beautifying the nation.
