Women now allowed in combat

For years America has been protects by men in combat. Well now the Obama administration has lifted the ban on women in combat. It is now possible to draft women into military service. Front line infantry, armor, artillery and special operations jobs are open to female volunteers that meet the physical requirements. This is a landmark decision. Women have always been apart of our troops, in fact nearly 15 percent of the 1.4 million troops are female. They have played important roles in these troops. Now with this recent change in administration we may start to see women behind the guns on the frontline.
