With finals week approaching the CHS academies are trying to reduce stress of students and help them study better.

On Monday morning  all academy and exploratory students are invited for breakfast on the first day of  finals week.  It will be from 7:45 to 8:10 in Mrs. Johnson’s room, A106.

“Bring your Academy friends and let’s eat up before the first exam so our tummies will be happy and our brains will operate at full capacity during exams,” EMAC lead Irma Kennedy said.

Along with a nutritious breakfast to start the week of the academies are hosting study sessions after school from 4-6pm. Snacks will be provide and the group environment will help students study better.

On Tuesday January 15,  Mrs. Kennedy room A108 and Mr. Yakubovsky room D103 will be open for studying. On Wednesday January 16, Mrs. Caussey room D223 and Mrs. Johnson, A106 will be open for study groups.
