This Thursday morning, Nov. 12, the Sidekick editors will be leaving for Washington D.C. in order to attend the JEA/NSPA Fall National High School Journalism Convention at Marriott Wardman Park.
All of the section editors and the two Editor-in-Chiefs will be going on the trip, in addition to webmaster Tyler Morris. Sidekick advisor Chase Wofford will be escorting the 11 chosen staff members as well.
The convention will include more than 200 sessions, keynote speakers and write-off contests. Students will be returning on Sunday, Nov. 15.
