Coppell High School’s SPUR program is to be shut down early this year due to an insane amount of schedule changes and lack of class time overall. With exams going on next week, the administration has been forced to switch schedules around to compliment the senior class’s early exams as well as the rest of the school’s exams.
The SPUR program which was set for May 23rd has been quite a controversial topic and program in general for CHS students. While the program highlights important issues that are beneficial to any high schooler, some say that the program takes away from class time and is not as informative as it needs to be.
