Bands marches its way to Division I rating

On Oct. 15, the Coppell High School Marching Band went to the UIL Region 20 Marching Band contest in Duncanville and received a Division I rating for the 21st year in a row.

The band has many more contests coming up, and they will make a few changes to their show before these contests arrive.

On Nov. 5, the band will head to the biggest contest of the season: the Bands of America (BOA) contest, which will be held in San Antonio. Over 50 bands will be competing in the contest. The marching band will first perform in prelims for the contest which will take place at 11:30 in the morning.
