Beginning at 9 this morning and lasting two hours, the senior awards took place in the big gym in order to recognize the senior’s hard work and what lies ahead of them after graduation.
The sophomore and junior classes were invited to watch this event and see the seniors accept their awards. Seniors Keely Leonard and John de la Chapelle were awarded with Ms. And Mr. CHS, the most prestigious award one can earn at Coppell high school.
Following this event, senior skip day took place. The class of 2011 took the day off and many made there way to six flags to enjoy rides and each other’s company.
