Ayaan Haque is a senior and a staff writer for The Sidekick.
When he’s not writing, he loves to participate in Coppell Speech and Debate, Model UN, hanging out with friends, getting involved in local politics and ranting about why he hates strawberry ice cream.

Prisha Hooda is a first year staff member on The Sidekick with a passion for creative arts. Though she spent her childhood striving to excel at drawing, she later discovered photography as her true artistic outlet. She enjoys watching shows, sipping iced coffee, and indulging in her favorite cuisine, Italian.

Hiral Patel, Staff Writer
Hiral Patel is a senior and second-year staff writer for The Sidekick. She joined the program for her love of writing and quickly learned journalism allows her to tell important stories that happen in real time.

Riya Suresh, Staff Writer
Riya Suresh is a junior and a second-year staff writer for The Sidekick.
Despite joining The Sidekick to be a writer, she loves exploring other positions such as photography and design.
When she’s not doing homework or working on a story, Riya is always down to work out, try new foods, shop around at Southlake Town Square or watch horror movies. She also plays the New York Times games religiously, and she specifically enjoys Pips. Outside of The Sidekick, she is involved in other organizations within Coppell High School: girls powerlifting team and NHS. She also has her own nonprofit, Collections4Champs, and her own organization, Business Bound.

Yug Talukdar, Executive Editor-in-Chief
Yug Talukdar is a senior at Coppell High School and the editor-in-chief of The Sidekick.
After deciding to delve into something new sophomore year, Yug found an interest in writing and covering events for The Sidekick, which has helped him develop a new skills and become a better, more well-rounded person.
When he finds some downtime, Yug enjoys lifting weights, running, reading, or learning more about history and politics.
