Marli Field, Staff Photographer

Marli Field is a second-year photographer on the 2024-2025 staff. Marli has a passion for uncovering the artistic past of the world around us, and a bringing a voice to people in our community through journalism. She is a lover of pop culture, caramel macchiatos, and manatees. Outside of school, Marli belongs to the student advisory boards for the Nasher Sculpture Center and the Dallas Holocaust and Human Rights Museum. She is also a member of the CHS Hope Squad. When not in the Sidekick classroom, Marli can often be found watching movies, researching random topics instead of studying, and eating cookies.

Vibha Viswanath, Photography Editor

Vibha Viswanath is a senior and the photography editor for The Sidekick. She enjoys taking photos and filming videos for Coppell Student Media. In her free time, she likes to bake and watch TV. Her comfort shows include "New Girl," "Brooklyn 99," and "The Office." She always looks forward to spending time with her family and friends, especially eating out at restaurants and watching movies She always craves drunken noodles, Diet Coke and an iced chai latte. Wendy Le, Executive Social Media Editor

Wendy Le is in her third year in The Sidekick as a senior and the executive social media editor. Throughout her time in this program, she’s found joy in doing things and going to places she never thought she would’ve: standing on the sidelines, in the back of the Black Box Theatre, political rallies, learning how to use Adobe, taking photos, making social media graphics and writing features. Le does have hobbies outside of D115. When she’s not scouring to get things edited or feeding The Sidekick social media accounts, she likes to brain rot on TikTok, craft new Pinterest boards, go thrifting and take photos on her digital camera. Avani Munji, Executive Design Editor

Avani Munji is a senior and the executive design editor for The Sidekick. Munji joined the program unintentionally, but found that The Sidekick was the perfect place for her to grow as a designer. When she’s not creating a design or trying to learn everything there is to know about Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, you can find her playing various videogames on her Xbox and mourning the loss of her 2008 Wii.
