Ingredients
- 1 cup of Chickpea flour
- A few stems of Cilantro
- 1-3 Green pepper
- ½ tbsp of Paprika
- ½ tbsp of Salt
- ½ tbsp of Black pepper
- ¼ tbsp of Chaat masala (optional)
- 3 slices of any bread
- ½ tbsp Butter
- Mozzarella cheese
- Cottage cheese
- Your choice of dipping sauce
Instructions:
- Mix your seasonings in the flour.
- Mix the cilantro and green pepper in the flour.
- Add a splash of water and whisk until fully mixed.
- Add a slice of bread up into the mixture and marinate both sides.
- Add butter on a pan and put it on medium heat.
- Lay the flour coated bread on the heated pan.
- Add cottage cheese and mozzarella on top.
- Grill both sides of the bread until golden brown.
- Wait for it to cool down.
- Add some tomato ketchup on the side and enjoy.
