    Evan Lysacek returns to figure skating, aims for 2014 Olympics

    Evan Lysacek, the 2010 Olympic Gold Medalist in Men’s figure skating, recently announced that he would be coming out of retirement and was training for the 2014 Winter Olympics to be held in Sochi, Russia.

    Lysacek is one of the most highly decorated men’s figure skater in history. At 27 years old it is not an unreasonable thing to announce retirement from a sport. After retiring Lysacek competed in the 10th season of Dancing with the Stars and came in second. After taking the past two years off Lysacek has confirmed that he intends to try for one more Olympic medal.
