Beginning this year, security measures will be now more heavily enforced at the Buddy Echols stadium during athletic events for the 2018-2019 school year. This includes the enforcement of past policy concerning backpacks, pre-game searches, with the addition of monitoring from security personnel and local officers from the Coppell Police Department.
