Coppell parent and business owner Michelle Zenici started operating Missy’s Cottage Bakery from her home on July 3. With an early interest in baking, Zenici utilizes the revision to the Texas Cottage Food Law, which allows bakers to sell goods without working out of a commercial kitchen.
