This Saturday, April 17, the city of Coppell will put on its yearly Healthy Kids Day at 146 Town Center Boulevard from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
There purpose of the day is for children and adults to learn the importance of physical activity.
There will be multiple different activities for children and adults to partake in, a few are: arts and crafts, a Zumba (Latin fusion) dance class, a kid’s cycling class and a bounce house.
There will also be numerous vendors that provide a product or service in correlation with healthy lifestyles. Also available, there will be blood sugar screening, blood pressure screening, mini fitness assessments, vision screening and scoliosis exams.
This event is the nation’s largest health day for kids and family.
