As Halloween creeps around the corner, many are thrilled for the annual round of haunted houses, trick-or-treating and, of course, delicious recipes. 

These vampire teeth cookies are a perfect addition to any Halloween get-together and are sure to exhilarate your tastebuds.

Serving size: 1-2 cookies

Vampire teeth cookies: 

Ingredients: 

-1 bag mini marshmallows

-1 tube refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough 

-1 can vanilla or cream cheese frosting

-Red food coloring

-Stick pretzels

Spooky themed sweets are a delicious way to get into the Halloween spirit. These vampire teeth cookies are a great addition to any Halloween party or get-together.

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line pan with foil paper and cover with cooking spray.
  2. Form dough into one-and-a-half inch balls two inches apart from each other. Flatten balls slightly. 
  3. Bake until golden brown.  
  4. Remove cookies and wait 15 minutes until  fully cooled.
  5. Add a few drops of red food coloring to can of icing. Stir until fully mixed.
  6. Cut each cookie in half.
  7. Spread a layer of red icing onto each cookie half. 
  8. Add mini marshmallows around the round edges of each cookie half. 
  9. Place second cookie half on top of the first.
  10. Stick two small pretzel sticks on each side to represent fangs.
  11. Enjoy!
