Calling all comic book and manga artists: the CozbyCon Art contest is underway and they need your artwork. The contest is for students who want a chance at their artwork being displayed in the William T. Cozby library and win cool prizes. The library has been accepting art submissions since April 1, but still need more.
Students can send in any comic or manga art as long as they have met the following criteria:
- The artwork must be no larger than 8.5 x 11
- No frames allowed
- Sculptors or 3D art will not be accepted
- If the artwork does not have a submission form, it will not be accepted
Students from kindergarten to 12th grade are encouraged to submit art. Artwork has been on display since April 1 and will continue to be on display until May 2. The winners of the contest will be announced on May 9.
Artwork can either be submitted online at [email protected] or in person at the Coppell public library.
