Saturday Nov. 21 will be the last Coppell Farmers Market of 2009. The market will reopen Jan. 16, 2010.
In a celebration of the last Farmers Market of the year, there will be different and special things for sale. Rehoboth Ranch will be delivering turkeys and pre-ordered meats. Dominion Farms will have pre-ordered hams ready for pick up and many of the local vendors will have gift packages for sale.
When the Farmers Market resumes in January, they will only take place on the third Saturday of each month; Jan. 16, Feb. 20 and Mar. 20. These special “winter markets” will offer natural meats, produce, fruits and vegetables, eggs and other delicious food items for sale.
