Lately the Coppell City Council and school board have been busy proposing and planning for a new bond package. This package totals nearly $60 million dollars and will include a new elementary school, building revolutions and innovative technology.
One meeting scheduled to plan for this bond package was scheduled for Thursday, May 2. The meeting was supposed to be held at the Town Chambers on 225 Parkway Blvd. Instead, the agenda was posted 72 hours prior to the meeting instead of the meeting. More information will follow.
This bond package will open many new opportunities to the community of Coppell, which is rapidly expanding. However, significant tax increases will accompany the package.
