Southern Methodist University is continually becoming more renown. Adding to its’ growing reputation is the newly constructed George W. Bush Presidential Center. Beginning on April 24, dedication events will be held. Today, April 25, is the official dedication day with famous politicians such as Barack Obama, Bill Clinton, Jimmy Carter, and George H.W. Bush. The event is invite-only.
The Bush Center will display over 200 emails and over 43,000 artifacts. The Center opens to the public on May 1.
