On April 6, Earthfest will once again occur in Coppell. Earthfest will begin at 10:00 a.m. and last until 2:00 p.m at Town Center Plaza.

This fun filled celebration will not be short of activities. Among the many activities occurring at Earthfest include environmental education booths, kids’ crafts, live music in the amphitheater, a plant sale and hybrid car show. There is something for everyone at Earthfest. Beat the Heat Windows, Juice Plus and the Coppell High School Sierra Club are a few of the vendors that will be present at the event.

Earthfest is also seeking to make a difference in the community. There will be several locations for community members to drop off usable household goods, household documents for secured shredding and bulky trash items for disposal.

With Earth Day quickly approaching, Earthfest is the perfect way to have fun and make a difference in the environment.
