The William T. Cozby Public Library has been awarded the Texas Municipal Library Association’s Achievement in Excellence Library Award for the eighth year in a row.
Since then, the Coppell city council has approved the library’s strategic plan that will be in effect until 2030, devised by a panel of Coppell residents who make up the library’s Strategic Planning Committee.
The biggest improvement to come is in the area of collaboration. The library plans to offer its services and facilities to partner with schools in the area to improve the educational experience in Coppell.
