William T. Cozby’s Between the Lines reading program for teens has released another fun activity to do during spring break. The writing contest features three grainy and foggy pictures of children, a horse and a woman. These creepy and peculiar photos are to be the inspiration for the contest.
The student must write a short story based off of these three photos, the more peculiar the better. Students are required to turn in a completed submission form and their short story to the library by Mar. 17 in order to be considered for a prize.
The stories may be emailed or turned in as a hard copy to the front desk. Once all the stories are submitted they will be read by the librarians to determine the winners. The winners will be announced Mar. 28.
