On Sat, Nov. 14, 11 CHS band members will be participating in the region orchestra performance.
The performance will be help at Nimitz High School at 4 p.m. The concert is open to the public.
To become a part of this group, band students had to tryout at Duncanville last Thursday in an extremely competitive environment. Being in the orchestra is very prestigious for band students, and guarantees those selected a spot in the all-area band.
CHS members of the region orchestra are Micheal Lu, Hayden Grimes, Richard Song, Grace Cho, Arnold Hechanova, Michtell McBrayer, Leah Gray, Catherine Esquivel, Krish Suresh, Lucy Huo and Shaan Patel.
