Each year, Coppell High School makes a large effort to reevaluate and catch up with technology. In the years past, students have received updated paper schedules following the close of the semester with a listing of their second semester classes. This year, second semester scheduling is going green, and all student schedules will be posted online.

This new, paperless schedule handout will make it much easier for students to receive updated, clear copies of their second semester schedules. Final schedules for the second semester will be posted at 4:00 p.m. on Friday, January 18.

Also, this year, the registration process for the 2013-2014 school year will be moving online. Through the student portal, Home Access center, students will complete and submit their course requests for the upcoming school year. Now, the student’s schedule, attendance, contact information, and grades will all be available in one place.

Administrators predict a smooth transition overall, but it is very important for students to take initiative and remember or locate their Home Access center log-in information. Will all these tips in mind, the Sidekick wishes you a stress-free and happy second semester!
