As Coppell gears up for the large events that our successful football and volleyball team are competing in, there also has been something else on the minds of students.
It seems right before break, teachers pile up all assignments that have been left over. In the halls, I see students looking over notes, scrambling to class. In class I hear classmates stressing over their schedules. Many students have even named this week as “hell week”.
Students are not the only people stressing; teachers are stressing as well. They are trying to get grades in the grade book as well as finish grading all the papers that have accumulated over the six weeks.
We are nearing the end of this, but this should be a warning and lesson taught to all the students and teachers for the next break or end of six weeks. Procrastination never ends up well.
