There are plenty of happy and healthy students at Coppell High School. Some people are not as fortunate to draw the luck with good health, and there is a way the students of CHS can help with that.
Next Thursday, October 4th, CHS will be holding a blood drive hosted by Carter BloodCare, an organization aimed at promoting the giving of healthy blood to those who need it. The blood drive will be taking place in the small gym from 7 a.m.-5 p.m. Not only do donors get the chance to be a part of something great, but those in NHS will receive one NHS service hour for donating.
Sign ups are happening this week and next week up until the event during all lunches at a table on stage in the commons. Donors under the age of 16 need to get a parent consent form signed. The process is easy, simple and rewarding.
