Elizabeth Sims is my name and writing is my game. This is my first year to write for The Sidekick. I have a passion for writing that started in eighth grade and grew when I entered the Emerging Media and Communication (EMAC) Academy my freshman year. Mr. Wofford recruited me to write for The Sidekick last year while I was on the Round-Up yearbook staff. I decided to pursue my interest in writing by joining The Sidekick with hopes that I will be able to decide if I want to be an author or start my own magazine. With experience in yearbook and newspaper writing I am so excited for this year and look forward to recording the school’s stories.
