Waving goodbye to Dual Credit

By Kara Adkins
Online Copy Editor

The Dual Credit program at CHS has many perks. Students get to sleep in or leave the high school early, get college credits out of the way, and work in a college environment. But on top of all of that they also are done with college class’s weeks before actual graduation.

For students enrolled in Dual Credit, this week will mark their last days of college courses through Coppell high school. Finals for all dual credit classes are being held this week at Northlake College. After this week, students can kiss Northlake goodbye for the rest of the remaining school year.

With Northlake out of the way, students can focus their energy on remaining projects, AP exams, and CHS finals to finish out the remainder of their CHS year as well.
