After nearly a month without MAP meetings, the mentoring program will resume this Thursday with a new topic for students to discuss.
This will be the third meeting of the MAP series and the first of October. The main topic being discussed in the classes will be about Rachel’s challenge and how students can make a difference at the school.
CHS students were introduced to the Rachel’s Challenge program late last six weeks when the program was brought to Coppell. CHS has since made an active attempt to make sure that everyone does their part in making a difference at the school and in the community.
Rachel’s Challenge will be the primary topic discussed at the meeting, and students of all grade levels will be given the opportunity to share what they took from the assembly last month.
In addition to this, students are being asked to bring cans of food to their MAP classes in order to help stock a local service organization that has been running low on food to distribute. All non-perishable items can help make a difference in our community.
