On Saturday, October 21st, the Coppell Farmers Market is holding their first ever Kids’ Day as Saturday will also be national Food Day. It is sure to be a fun event for the entire family.
Activities at the Farmer’s Market include face painting for children, a “Favorite Food” contest, and even a distribution of kid friendly recipes for parents to make. Kids’ Day aims to create awareness of changes that can be made to one’s eating habits in order to raise healthy children. It will also teach children how to make their own healthy meals.
